Two Fridays ago, our band, Souls Journey (Dena, Bruce, and I), played music for a local Heifer International Fun-Raiser, along with some other local music talent. The event was successful and raised over $1,500 for the non-profit. We closed the event and rocked the house. While we were singing an original song, Unconditional Love, (co-written by Dena and I) folks started singing and clapping along during the first verse and all the way to the end. It doesn’t get any better than that for a performer!
As we were packing up for the night, the videographer was taping three folks standing close to each other and singing Unconditional Love. That song seems to be a real crowd pleaser and folks really enjoy it!
